Ordering Problems and Other Payment Options

Ordering Problems

If you have had a problem ordering through our payment processor Clickbank, it is usually one of two reasons...

1. The Clickbank web site is not working

This is usually a temporary thing! Clickbank deals with thousands of transactions everyday so has a massive server load and is therefore prone to getting overloaded. I would recommend either trying again within a few minutes and if that doesn't work, using one of the other payment options listed below and emailing us about it.

2. Your Credit Card isn't accepted by Clickbank

Clickbank has some automated security features when it comes to credit card transactions, especially with overseas credit cards. For instance, if the country of origin of the credit card and the country where the Kingdom of Pets product is being ordered from are different then it is likely that the transaction will be denied. I would recommend using one of the other payment options listed below and emailing us about it.

1. PayPal

You can order directly from Kingdom of Pets Ltd's (Libros Media Ltd's) PayPal account, jason@librosmedia.com. Please be aware that you may have to wait 1-4 days for a response as unlike ordering through Clickbank, it will not be an automatic procedure. Please include details of exactly what you wish to order!

2. Western Union Money Transfer

It is possible to pay by Union money transfer. Please note that no refunds will be given on this option as we cannot reverse the transaction. Please make a deposit to the web site billing manager:

Please send an email providing us with us with MTCN number, your name and address, and once the payment has been made and we will send you access to the product you have purchased. Please note there may be a 1-4 day delay as we have to manually do the transaction.

3. Check or Money Order

It is possible to pay by check or money order. Please send a check or money order made out to our trading company, Libros Media Ltd, to the following address:

4. Phone Orders

Unfortunately, we are not set up to take credit card or any other type of order over the phone. Please try one of the other payment options!
