Do you have a small river or dam nearby? My dog LOVES jumping in the river ( not swimming) and hunting little fish and i throw stones...you could also keep him on the line if need be...maybe this is a good substitute for a dog park? Dogs also seem to like the car window open, so maybe tie him securely and also open a window a crack. Fresh air is also good for car sickness....
Donīt build up to a trip to the car, just behave like you do when you go for a walk,...and go to the car. Donīt prepare or maybe your dog starts to get nervous early?
