I am glad to hear that you are getting a positive result on desensitizing Odie!
I read your other posting and here is my suggestion:
It is very important to socialize your dog with other dogs and people, you might want to be careful in picking right dogs (for people there is not so much risk picking wrong people
). If you pick wrong (aggressive) dogs to have Odie meet with, he might develop some aggression himself (I made the mistake with one of my dogs). First you might want to talk to your neighbor without your dog and ask them how their dog behaves with stranger dogs.
Let us know Odie's progress with car ride. Please don't force him or rush him. It might go backwards if you do.
