I have a 1 1/2 year old pointer who is obsessed with the water hose. when I water the garden she jumps and bite the spray and will drink from it until she actually vomits and still come back for more. She gets so focused on the hose she won't even listen to me try to stop her. Any advise...does my dog have OCD?
