Thanks for looking! Yeah, it was a long year full of smiles and sleepless nights! Toilet training a dog AND getting a baby to sleep was a challenge. Some days, IŽd just get the baby to sleep and the dog would start barking or pooping etc etc
I felt like I had twins! but in other ways it was good. I needed to walk alot with the baby, get out of the house, which is perfect for a dog and I always had a listening ear and a friendly face at the end of the day. Watching the baby and dog 'play' together was a nightmare until they both turned one and now I can at least watch them play pass the wooden blocks and not have a heart attack! It is very sweet them both trying to get the best place on the sheepskin, but I need to really watch when the dog has had enough and needs a break. SheŽll yawn and lick her lips and then I need to help her to remember to go to her own place and relax...all in all a good and challenging year!
