YES, all other files, like the PDF for the E-book downloads fine.
It is just THIS file which refuses to be downloaded.
Is there any way you can UPload it to my private website if I give you all details about my server, etc?

Oscar,
I don't feel I can do what you request. Although I bought the ebook, I am not the owner of it. If you want someone to upload it to your website, you should ask the owner to do so.

My first reaction had been to respond "Sure!" Then I realized there are legal implications involved. If it is the only way you are able to get a copy of the file, I am sure you can get someone on their help desk to do what you asked.
