Problem downloading the Training Video

There's a problem with the download of the file: "Secrets To Dog Training Online Video for PC Users (WMV)".
I start to download it, but it seems like the server shuts down before it's done, and I get an incomplete file. I tried to download it multiple times, but the problem doesn't seem to go away.
Please fix it.

Hello, the video secrets to dog training want download. Either its stops downloading halfway or it just keeps on downloading and never stops. I have written 4 times, but still (oktober 2009) NO SOLUTION.
I tried several computers with XP and Visa, all the same, No way, José.
Makes me VERY reluctant to buy the other videos!!

HELP NEEDED !!!

I just downloaded Secrets with no problem. Is it possible you are downloading the PC version when you have a MAC or the wrong MAC version or a MAC version when you have a PC?

Have you tried downloading pdf files from other locations in case it is a problem with your computer?

First, however, try again, just in case it was fixed between the time you tried and I did it successfully.

Just tried to download again with the same result, the download breaks of at 62 mB. I download the correct file for my PC with windows XP, it doesn´t work either with Vista. The same with Explorer. Firefox, Google Chrome.
YES, all other files, like the PDF for the E-book downloads fine.
It is just THIS file which refuses to be downloaded.
Is there any way you can UPload it to my private website if I give you all details about my server, etc?

I had the same problem and tried a lot of times. I realised that your ISP download speed play a lot of part in this. Initially I downloaded the file with a rate of 70kb/s and it never download fully. I went over to a friend's place which managed to get a download speed of 230kb/s and it downloaded the whole video perfectly. Hope this helps.

Oscar,
I don't feel I can do what you request. Although I bought the ebook, I am not the owner of it. If you want someone to upload it to your website, you should ask the owner to do so.

My first reaction had been to respond "Sure!" Then I realized there are legal implications involved. If it is the only way you are able to get a copy of the file, I am sure you can get someone on their help desk to do what you asked.

Could someone from the help desk please UPload the wmv file secrets to dog training to my private web? It is IMPOSSIBLE to download the file, and of course a member (thanks KJD for your reaction!!) can´t upload the file because of the legal consecuences.
