HELP my dog pees on my bed -- what do I do???

I would appreciate any suggestions with respect to my puppy peeing on my bed. It is what I call an "FU" pee, because it usually happens when my boyfriend and I are in bed. He is trained to go outside and does, with this one exception. Any ideas? Thank you so much! Theo's mom.

I just read in a different forum where the person was told to feed the dog in the place where it has its accidents, after a good cleaning, of course. They said a dog will not eat and pee in the same place. I have not tried it, but sounds reasonable.
