Will My Dog EVER Calm Down?
 This is my third Doberman and I love the breed, but this one is really testing my limits. I have tried everything and cannot get him to stop stealing things from the kitchen counters. In addition, at night when we are winding down, this dog does not lie down and relax. He gets plenty of excersize, walking, treadmill, big fenced yard, lots of toys. Will he ever calm down? (just turned 1 year old).

hi there,
you could try putting a sandwich on the counter and tying a can of stones, or another loud system, on to it. When the dog takes the sandwich the loud noise comes too....worked for me! Annie
