Default Going crazy.....

Hi everyone. I am new to this site and glad to be here. I just got a puppy. He is 10 weeks old, a shihapoo and cute as can be. Our house training goes good for a couple of days, then it's like we never even started. What am I doing wrong?

Hi there,
sounds like eveythings normal.....it really is 1 step forward and 2 steps back for the first many months...donīt give up...keep being consistent, read the books, keep calm...and slowly you will see an improvement. Remember that a baby dog can be as much work as a human baby (thankgod not so many years) but I donīt expect miracles from my child, I just enjoy the teaching and the learning. Your dog really wants to please you...he just doesnīt know all the rules yet. Wait till heīs a big teenager and youīll have another phase of confusion!!! Join a puppy group and you can all laugh together about sleepless nights, and ruined shoes!
good luck...and enjoy! They ainīt so fat and cute again!
