Hi Linnie,
I don;t know alot about Bouvier puppies but I have Australian cattle dogs, so they are herders as well. What I do when the puppy does the nipping, look at them in the eyes and say a loud NO then turn around cross your arms and show the puppy your back and just ingore them for a few seconds. then start walking away back to what ever you were doing. It might take a while, but ir have worked with my dogs so I hope this helps
