Allergies??

I have a three year old shi-tzu and she sometimes licks herself (for a long period of time) when she is finished, she usually gets these red spots on her joints. I don't know what it is, Is it allergies or something? Can someone help me?

I suggest you to immediatly consult your vet.
I suspect it a kind of speadng infection. It must have started from one skin area. After the dog licks it, where ever he licks it keeps on spreading. As it happens with most infections.
