Default Vaccinations, type/frequency

Quick question for anyone willing to share. I have been reading alot on dog vaccinations and am finding most information available on the web is saying that we over vaccinate our dogs when we get them vaccinated yearly. I have been on that routine for 5 years and am wondering what others are doing? I will continue with the rabbies vaccine every 3 years, but am debating whether I need to do the Distemper, Bordatella, Parvo, Heartworm, Adenovirus type-2, Parainfluenza and Carona EVERY YEAR. Any comments would be appreciated! Thanks

You can ask your vet to titer the animal and only vaccinate when needed.

I read somewhere that the rabies vaccination is the same for one year and three years, the only difference is whether the jurisdiction allows you to wait three years between vaccinations or not. (Not a vet, so could have misunderstood the information.)
