Best Food for my maltese

Hello, this is Monica, again, I need some help.
I have a maltese family and the momi maltese 4 year old and the little daugther have allergies, they shew their paws and front legs so bad, can some one tell me which is the best food in the market for allergies. there are so many brands out there.

We have a Pug and a Puggle that both have sensitive stomaches and we buy Nutro Natural Choice Venison and Rice. It can be purchased at Petsmart.

They also have Lamb and rice which is good too.
