My dog is trying to pass cotton string mass

Hi, my 10 - 11 mo old puppy American bull & cattle dog mix is trying to pass a mass of string swallowed from floss toy. I tried to gently help, but she yelped. Should I let her try to naturally pass?

It can be dangerous to pull the string. The best thing you can do is to take her to the vet as soon as possible.
