You can tell if you have ordered one of our download packages by the fact that you would have received an email from "receipt@clickbank.com". You should also have been re-directed to the Download Area right after you ordered.
If you think you have ordered but haven't received this Clickbank email then please make sure that the email address "receipt@clickbank.com" has not been spam blocked! Check your spam or junk folder if you have not received any email.
Also, you can look at your credit card statement to double check! You should have a charge from Clickbank/Keynetics.
If you have purchased the Dog Training DVD series you should have received an emailed receipt and a charge on your credit card from 2Checkout.
