Help> Why haven't I received my newsletter?

There are a few reasons why, after you have signed up for the newsletter, that you haven't received it!

1. It may have been spam-blocked! Please make sure that you have not spam-blocked the email addresses support@sitstayfetch.net, support@kingdomofpets.com, support@katystropicalfish.com. This is the usual reason why people do not receive their newsletters! Check in your Junk Mail folder to see whether the email has been sent there.

2. If you received the "Confirmation" email from us then you need to click on the confirmation link in that email to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter! Sometimes people have replied to that email instead of clicking on the link, which does not confirm your newsletter subscription!

3. Our newsletter sending software can have the odd delay, so while the first newsletter usually arrives within a few minutes there can, at times, be a delay of an hour or so due to server issues, etc
