It takes 2 working days for us to personalize the Gift Vouchers and get them in an email to you. Please make sure that you can receive emails from "giftvouchers@kingdomofpets.com" and that it will not be spam blocked! Check your spam or junk folder and add the email to your address book.

If you have waited longer than two working days then please email us and we will chase it up!
