Help> My login is not working

 

Please check that you have correctly entered your email address and password correctly.  You can try checking your login details by clicking on the “Forgotten your Email” or “Forgotten your Password” links on the login page.

 

If this doesn't resolve the issue then there may be a database error at our end. Just send us an email with your receipt number in it and we will fix it straight away! We apologize for the inconvenience but promise that we will be onto it as soon as we can!

 

Please note that if you have been asked to set up a login (email address and password), then you will need to use this login to access the relevant download page.  A receipt number will only give access to the Katy’s Tropical Fish Members Download Area.  The other download packages require an email address and password.
