SECRETS TO DOG TRAINING: HOW TO USE THE BANNERS AND PRODUCT IMAGES
Kingdom of Pets affiliate area
These images are for promoting Secrets to Dog Training with your own
ClickBank HopLink. Please read the short rules below before you use them.
1. HOST THE IMAGES ON YOUR OWN SERVER
Download the files you want and upload them to your own website, blog,
email service or ad account. Ad networks and most email services need your
own copy anyway. The ready-made embed code on the Banners page loads each
image from kingdomofpets.com, which works on a website, but a copy on your
own server keeps working even if those addresses change.
2. DON'T CHANGE THE LOGO OR THE CLAIMS
- Use the Kingdom of Pets logo whole. Don't crop it, stretch it, recolor it
or add effects to it.
- kop-logo.png has light lettering made for a blue or dark background.
On a white or light page, use kop-logo-on-blue.png instead.
- Don't add words to the banners or covers, and don't edit the text that is
on them. The claims on them have been checked, and changes could break
ad-network or consumer rules.
- If you write your own text next to an image, keep it to the approved
claims on the Rules page. Never promise results, set timeframes, cures,
"#1" or anything medical.
3. USE ONLY THE IMAGES IN THIS AREA
Please don't copy other pictures from kingdomofpets.com (customer photos,
testimonials, page screenshots). If you need something special, write to
marketing@kingdomofpets.com.
4. LINK EVERY IMAGE TO YOUR HOPLINK
Each banner should click through to your own HopLink. Add your disclosure
near the banner, for example: "I may earn a commission if you buy through
my link, at no extra cost to you."
A banner with a sharp version for high-resolution screens looks like this
(swap in your own image address and HopLink):
5. BANNER FILES
Every banner comes in three versions (concepts) and two resolutions:
stdt_product_x.png the product package or covers
stdt_benefit_x.png "Over 25 behavior problems solved step by step"
stdt_question_x.png "Does your dog run off when you call?"
The file ending in @2x is the same banner at double resolution for sharp
display on phones and high-resolution screens. Show it at the normal size
(set width and height to the plain size, as in the example above). Most ad
networks want the plain 1x file.
Sizes:
Leaderboards and strips: 728x90, 970x90, 468x60, 320x50, 320x100, 970x250
Rectangles and squares: 300x250, 336x280, 250x250, 200x200
Skyscrapers: 160x600, 120x600, 300x600
Social and video: 1200x628 (link share), 1080x1080 (square post),
1080x1350 (portrait post), 1080x1920 (story),
1000x1500 (Pinterest pin), 1280x720 (YouTube style)
Email: 600x200 (email header), 600x100 (signature)
Every display-size banner (all the sizes above except the social and video
ones) is under 150 KB at 1x, which suits most ad networks. The story banner
(1080x1920) keeps its words and button away from the top and bottom edges,
where apps place their own buttons.
6. PRODUCT IMAGES
stdt-package.png the complete package, 680 x 265
stdt-ebook-cover.png the eBook cover, 200 x 244
stdt-video-program.png the video program with the audio book CD, 181 x 197
stdt-audio-book.png the audio book, 150 x 132
bonus-alpha-dog.png Secrets to Becoming the Alpha Dog, 150 x 184
bonus-dog-aggression.png A Quick Guide to Dog Aggression, 140 x 179
bonus-house-training.png All The House Training Methods & Tricks, 140 x 179
bonus-grooming.png Dog Grooming Made Easy, 140 x 178
bonus-security-training.png Tips On Security Training Your Dog, 140 x 178
bonus-consultations.png the unlimited consultations certificate, 160 x 123
kop-logo.png Kingdom of Pets logo, light, 293 x 80
kop-logo-on-blue.png Kingdom of Pets logo on the brand blue, 341 x 112
All of them have see-through backgrounds, except kop-logo-on-blue.png.
These are the largest versions that exist, and most are small. Show them at
their own size or smaller. If you enlarge one, stop at about one and a half
times its size (for example, the eBook cover at no more than 300 pixels
wide), or it will look blurry.
The five bonus covers made from older files (aggression, house training,
grooming, security training and consultations) look best on white or light
backgrounds. On dark backgrounds a faint light edge can show around them.
